General Contest Rules / Terms and Conditions 

1. There is no purchase necessary to win The Hawaii Real Estate Report – Las Vegas Giveaway from Vacations Hawaii
2. One entry per person and household
3. Winner has 30 calendar days to claim prize unless otherwise specified.
4. Winner must be a resident of the state of Hawaii or Military stationed in Hawaii.
5. Prizewinner must appear at Abe Lee Realty - Honolulu in person to claim any prize.
6. Winner must present a photo I.D. when claiming prize.
7. Winner must be at least 21 years of age
8. KAEMPI Systems LLC and Abe Lee Realty, LLC reserves the right to disqualify contestants for violation of contest rules.
9. Winner agrees to use any prize won as intended and specified by KAEMPI Systems LLC and Abe Lee Realty, LLC
10. Final decisions on all contests rest solely with KAEMPI Systems LLC and Abe Lee Realty, LLC.
11. KAEMPI Systems LLC and Abe Lee Realty, LLC reserves the right to change the rules as necessary.
12. Winner understands that they are solely responsible for any state/ federal taxes on this award.
13. Contestants and winners cannot be related to anyone employed by KAEMPI Systems LLC and Abe Lee Realty, LLC, its affiliates, assigns, agents, or by any advertising company or business concern connected. All prizes are obtained and distributed for promotional consideration.
14. Prize will be awarded to a random entrant to be determined by KAEMPI Systems LLC and Abe Lee Realty, LLC. We reserve the right and sole discretion to change time of contest and entry form.
15. Contestants must provide a valid email address and phone number.  Contestants agree to receive marketing material from KAEMPI Systems LLC and Abe Lee Realty, LLC, 2765 Kapiolani LLC, and its assigns, agents, or by any advertising company or business concern connected.
