The listing agent of this large Waikiki condo says the Seller is motivated. Based on the price, I am not so sure how motivated they really are, but it could make sense to put in an offer to test the waters. This just came on the market today. Typically, best times to put in an offer are right in the beginning or right at the end.
It looks clean and recently updated.
The building is very nice and the location is ok. It is near the start of Waikiki. You are close to some of the action, but not the heart of it. So, depending on your preference, it may or may not work.
